Food

  • Pozole. This dish is a soup like culmination of deliciousness. Most common forms are red or green. Includes hominy, spices, meat and whatever else is typical for the region. A Guerrero (warrior) treat!
  • Tacos. Mexico has everything from tacos de cabeza, to pastor to over 30 variations of meat to choose from. The best are paired with slices of pineapple of the spit! YUM!!!!
  • Tamales. Whether green or red, sweet or tangy. These treats are a very special comfort food and will put a smile on your face.
  • Gringas. These are essentially a taco sandwich, and include two tortillas with cheese, meat, salsa and spices. Sold most places tacos are sold at.
